This affinity has the potential to reach union faster than most 'normal' twins. Taking charge of your path can have a big impact on both your journey, and your mirror soul.
Warning: There is a downside to this affinity.
While you are very capable of manifesting really change into your life but this also means you're probably going to have to be the one leading the relationship at the moment.
Usually with this affinity, you are the more spiritually aware one. Subconsciously, your twin is looking to you to show them the way.
Use this ability and don't hold back. If you're simply waiting for them to "figure it out" you're probably going to be waiting a long time. And that's time you could spend being together. Here. Now. In the physical.
This energy might have been causing havoc in your life. An affinity with manifestation can behave... weirdly when it isn't focused with intention. Your emotions will often spark a direct response but you're a sensitive person... be kind to yourself.

How Your Twin is Feeling: 
Confused and Restless
It looks like your twin is the less spiritually advanced one.
They're likely not aware of (or open to) the twin flame journey and the path they're on. They're still trying to frame things in a way that makes sense to them.
This creates an imbalance between their physical self and their higher self. They are essentially straining against what they are. Because they don't know how to do anything else.
They'll mirror your own affinity to manifest but in a much less productive way and this has probably been working against your relationship. This energy will manifest itself in all sorts of different ways as they try and frame it in a way that makes sense to them.
Their physical selves will act out but they're not doing this on purpose. They're not trying to hurt you. They just don't know any better (yet).

This desire for a "connection" with the universe is subconsciously seen by everyone else - but you might have lost focus on it a little.
Your affinity to manifest and create change can get lost under layers of the day-to-day humdrum. Not to mention the pain and anguish that twin flame separation can bring.
Your journey won't progress until you take ownership of it.
